Mr. Rodgers has over 30 years experience in the operation, maintenance and management of water and wastewater systems. He has served as Senior Vice President for Vivendi Environment’s USFilter Operating Services and has been instrumental in successfully promoting and developing public-private partnerships for municipal water and wastewater treatment facilities across the U.S. Has successfully led efforts to optimize operations of waste treatment facilities particularly focusing on reduction of sludge disposal costs and energy consumption.

Professional experience highlights:
• Implemented a corporate-wide improvement plan to enhance performance and decrease costs; established a separate business center ($60M annual revenue, 400 employees) and drove down costs by $2.4M in the first year.
• Negotiated innovative service agreement with municipal client for waste treatment including capital investment plan and revenue sharing resulting in a 20-year deal with $150M backlog.
• Developed first ever 20-year water and wastewater operation services contract with New England municipality, including construction of a new water plant creating annual savings of $1M/year.
• Managed two 100 MGD wastewater treatment plants for the City of Columbus, Ohio; implemented improved work practices, and new processes and equipment for dewatering and composting of sludge.
